Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Includes package tracking

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship globally except to certain Asian and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn sandals (must be in unworn condition with original packaging)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance sale items (unless defective)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on product pages

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Item details (name, size, color)
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)

Step 2: Wait for authorization (1-2 business days). We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Step 3: Package items securely in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Step 4: Ship to our warehouse (address provided in RMA email) using a trackable method.

Step 5: Allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing after we receive your return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
  • For international returns (outside US), customers bear all return shipping costs and duties
  • Mark international packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by financial institution)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size/color
  • Processed after we receive and inspect your return
  • Customer responsible for any price difference when exchanging for higher-priced items
  • Price differences for lower-priced items will be refunded
  • Standard shipping fees apply to exchanged items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective performance footwear (especially in our Running, Hiking, or Soccer categories):

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange free return shipping and replacement
